In the presence of the President of the Emilia-Romagna Region, Stefano Bonaccini, the first prize for the best tortellini that can be purchased in gastronomy was awarded to the Baita della Vecchia Malga in via Pescherie Vecchie 3 / a (in the fot0). An important recognition, which rewards the work on the search for taste and tradition that Vecchia Malga pursues in the preparation of each of its specialties and in the selection of each product to be offered to the public.
La Vecchia Malga is one of the cornerstones of traditional Bolognese gastronomy and catering and of the regional territory, present in the city with both La Baita and the store in via Mazzini 93, in Zola Predosa in via Roma 55 / a and Guglielmo airport Marconi, where, among the other Old Malga presidia, there are the gastronomy and the Vecchia Bologna restaurant.
The first prize for the best tortellino served at the restaurant was awarded to the Pappagallo of Piazza della Mercanzia 3.
