The eighth edition of the now traditional Tortellino Festival is back.
Sunday, October 6th, in the splendid setting of Palazzo Re Enzo, the best professionals of taste will gather, offering the public 24 tasty recipes starring the king of Emilian cuisine: the tortellino.
It will be tasted not only in traditional dress, in chicken or capon broth, but also in a creative way: with vegetables, with the taste of sea or mountain and of various colors.
There will be appointments, meetings, demonstrations and presentations in the afternoon.
Part of the proceeds of the event will be donated to the Hospice Seragnoli.
Appointment from 11.30am to 10.30pm with free admission, tastings are on payment: 1 tasting 5 euros, 5 tastings 20 euros.
