To celebrate World Paella Day on 20 September, in the FICO vineyard in Bologna it will be possible to taste, directly from Spain, the real paella made with fish or vegetables, accompanied by the inevitable sangria.
The two exceptional days are Saturday 16 September from 12 to 3 p.m. and then from 7 to 10 p.m., and Sunday 17 September from 12 to 3 p.m.
Bologna is thus tinged with the colours of the Spanish flag for a weekend, becoming the Italian capital of Iberian food and wine.
A journey through Spanish cuisine to bring one of the world’s most famous rice-based culinary excellences to Italy.
All this will be accompanied by the performance of the Alquimia Flamenca dance school, which will bring a festive, Spanish-style atmosphere to the gardens of FICO.
