From 21 to 24 November the Cioccoshow chocolate fair arrives in Piazza XX Settembre in Bologna, right near the central station.
Exhibitors and master chocolatiers from all over Italy will offer tastings, products, events and workshops dedicated to quality homemade chocolate.
Among the laboratories of the fifteenth edition do not miss the artisan of the Turin chocolate Davide Appendino, who with his Planet Cacao offers a fun game to tell the world of chocolate to children. It will be an opportunity to discover, for example, that cocoa comes directly from an evergreen tree that bears the name of Theobroma cacao, which grows in warm and humid Equatorial areas and can reach a height of 6 meters and live even more than 100 years.
On Saturday 23rd there will be the Ciocconight, with a program yet to be discovered, also this year there will be a chocolate lottery whose proceeds will go to the Sant’Orsola Hospital in Bologna.
