Three new temporary exhibitions and a rich exhibition offer that continues these days: these are the proposals of the Bologna Museums Institution for the month of November.
In addition to temporary exhibitions, meetings, guided tours, shows and workshops for children enrich the offer of activities in civic museums.
“Diana upside down” at the MAMbo Educational Department, via Don Minzoni, 14 – Bologna
The first exhibition opens on Sunday 17 November at 16:00 and remains open to the public until 6 January 2020 with free admission.
On the occasion of Children’s Rights Week 2019, the “Diana sottosopra” exhibition dedicated to the homonymous comic book by Kalina Muhova, the sixth title of the comic book for children by Canicola, can be visited. Tables, original drawings and a special set-up will take girls and children on a journey between two worlds, that of Diana and that of the Little People, a fallen paradise since all the pollution caused by human beings in the “world above” has arrived there.
Starting from the adventure of Diana, children will live a laboratory experience focused on the theme of the encounter with diversity and the care of the environment in which we live.

“Heimat – Nora Krug” at the International Museum and Music Library, Strada Maggiore, 34 – Bologna
The inauguration will be Friday 29 November and can be visited until 6 January 2020.
Heimat is the German word that indicates the place of origin, where each person forms his own identity and sensitivity. Like the memories in which it has its roots, identity is fragmentary: a set of experiences in continuous mutation.
It is a path in which the original plates of Heimat are accompanied by photographs, manuscripts, relics of the Third Reich and the documents that Krug collected during his long researches. A demonstration that objects, as well as writing and drawing, carry with them the idea of the past and of history.
