From 30 October to 26 November 2022, Spazio b5 in Bologna, managed by Lorena Zuñiga Aguilera and Michele Levis, will host the exhibition “Impermanenze” with works never exhibited before by Simona Ragazzi and Raffaele Mazzamurro, curated by Emanuela Agnoli. An exhibition that aims to recount, through a selection of over 20 works between sculpture and painting, the many semblances of the Ego, with its continuous metamorphoses. Ragazzi and Mazzamurro thus operate an emotionally rich retrospective investigation into the continuous transformation of the human being and nature, made up of relationships, expectations and silences, and precarious balances.
The approach used by the two artists is visibly different: on the one hand Ragazzi proposes figurative art, on the other Mazzamurro is more informal. The two different artistic languages have, however, many intellectual and expressive similarities that generate an interesting mental understanding, which will lead the exhibition visitor to unique and intimate reflections.
