From 8 to 11 September, Piazza Porta Galliera will host the inauguration of Mercato Europeo.
Paella Valenciana next to caciocavallo silano cheese, Bavarian Super Wurstel in close contact with Tuscan Fiorentina, typical products from Spain and Austria compared to those from Liguria and Sardinia, and many delicacies from 15 European countries.
For four days it offers the citizens of Bologna and tourists passing through the city a wide range of typical products from Spain, Greece, Austria, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Finland, Belgium, Holland, France and England. It allows people to taste the typical dishes of these nations, to taste, buy and take home cold meats, cheeses and sweets made in distant and certified places, together with many handicraft products from all over Europe.
Organised by Confesercenti Bologna in collaboration with its union Anva (National Association of Street Vendors) at local and national levels.
