At Palazzo Re Enzo, in the heart of Bologna, the third edition of Cibò is back from 22 to 24 March. So Good !, the most awaited food immersion of the season.
The protagonists of the event will be the flavors of Italy: the specialties of the food and wine tradition, the DOP, IGP, TIPICI products and the sauces that, combined with pasta, have marked the history of Italian cuisine, recognized and appreciated throughout the world.
An edition full of surprises with the Mercato dei Sapori and the Isole del Gusto, where great gourmet dishes will alternate with street food to gratify the eyes and palates of enthusiasts and connoisseurs. A new entry will be the Gin Lounge, entirely dedicated to Italian gins.
Do not miss the cooking classes for adults and children with the Scuola di Gusto, the story cooking with the great chefs and the guided tastings to discover the Italian food and wine excellences, all seasoned with events and shows.
