Until 16 September at GalleriaPiù, the exhibition Garden of Trust – Visual Correspondence between GLUKLYA and KATI HORNA will be held.
The concept of the exhibition revolves around a visual dialogue between the legacy left by historical surrealism and contemporary artists, of which Gluklya is a representative.
The connection between surrealism and activism is discussed in the garden within the Theatre of Trust, an installation that will remain throughout the exhibition period, a judgement-free environment in which to sit and discuss.
Alongside the black-and-white photographs, Gulklya’s watercolours and installations from the Corona Drawings series, made during the pandemic, recall that sense of dark mystery and imminent drama.
