Five days to get a preview of the new trends for ceramic surfaces, wallpaper, parquet, marble and everything that sets trends in the world of bathroom furniture.
From Monday 24th to Friday 28th September the 36th edition of Cersaie, the International Exhibition of Ceramics for architecture and bathroom furniture, returns to BolognaFiere.
Over 840 exhibitors from 40 different countries for an exhibition area of 161 thousand square meters, more than 5 thousand more than the 2017 edition.
The 2018 edition will begin on Monday, September 24 at 11:00 with the economic conference in which, among others, the president of Confindustria ceramica, Giovanni Savorani, Confindustria, Vincenzo Boccia, the governor, Stefano Bonaccini, the president of the European Parliament will take part , Antonio Tajani and Gianpiero Calzolari of BolognaFiere.
The lectio magistralis of this edition (scheduled for Tuesday) will be entrusted to Richard Rogers, the English architect who won the Pritzker Prize, who, together with Renzo Piano, has designed the Pompidou Center.
In conjunction with the great BolognaFiere event, throughout the city we will see over 100 Bologna Design Week events including exhibitions, workshops and exhibitions in historic buildings, museums, universities, theaters, art galleries and private homes.
For the occasion, Galleria Cavour will host one of the sets of the exhibition “The sound of design”, a real waterfall shower with music and video clips right in the central area of the quadrivium.
